Kimama Tech

KimamaTech is Kimama’s Technological camp. It is the perfect camp for those children and youths who are interested in the areas of start-ups and entrepreneurship as well as media and technology. During the camp, campers will fall in love with the world of Startups and Entrepreneurship as well as being given the opportunity to take part in a variety of workshops in the world of Technology and Media. The program will consist of some of the top mentors who will guide the campers through workshops teaching them skills in leadership and teamwork. All this will take place at Kimama’s international campsite by the waterfront. No previous knowledge is needed.

The Campsite
The camp takes place in the beautiful area of Hof Hacarmel, (Kimama Galim campsite) with all the experience that Kimama has gained in the world of international summer camps by the sea. This is Kimama’s professional camp concentrating on the world of startups and technology. The program is built in a way that each camper will chose a track from the field of Entrepreneurship and a Track from the field of Media and Technology.

The counselors at KimamaTech, mostly students, have been sent in the past by the Jewish Agency for Israel to serve as directors and counselors at summer camps in the US and in Europe. They are all graduates of youth movements and delegations, and are educators at heart. For this reason, many of them come back to Kimama year after year. The Israeli counselors are usually students who have completed their army service; the counselors from overseas are also pursuing tertiary studies.
