J-Camp (Jewish Alliance)

J-Camp (for ages 5-15) provides children with a wide range of opportunities to help them discover their perfect niche. If your child has an affinity for sports, theater, art, travel, or science, then J-Camp's Specialty Camps are sure to do the trick. Is your child always seeking the next new activity? If so, then the J-Camp Experience will offer just the right amount of variety to keep his or her curiosity piqued. With weekly field trips, art projects, time outdoors, and more, J-Camp offers fun for all while fostering self-confidence, self-esteem, and teamwork. (All staff are CPR and First Aid certified.) As always, all J-Camps offer excellent staff-to-camper ratios and emphasize safety, health and respect. Our well-trained staff members are eager to provide your child with the highest standards of care while helping your child create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. CITs can register for 2 week sessions, where teens will spend half of their time training and doing activities together, and the other half working with kids, applying what they learned, and leading one activity with campers per session. Every session will have an optional social activity that the CITs organize, and some kind of community service project the CITs plan. They can choose to go on the weekly field trips, excluding travel camp trips.
