Camp Living Wonders

Camp Living Wonders was founded in 2012 with a vision to support and empower Jewish youth and their families by creating a Jewish residential summer camp designed to encourage Jewish youth with special needs to integrate into their community with confidence and independence, through endless opportunities for achievement, growth, and adventure.

Camp Living Wonders (CLW) is the Southeast’s only Jewish overnight camp designed for the benefit of children and young adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities.

Our camp offers a safe, caring overnight experience for high-functioning Jewish campers ages 7-18 with cognitive and developmental disabilities including but not limited to: Autism and spectrum disorders (ASD), Asperger’s Syndrome, Tourette’s Syndrome, Down’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Fragile X Syndrome, and LD/ADD/ADHD/NoDD with behavioral components.

Our staff is made up of dedicated young people with an interest in special needs education and a vision for a vibrant Jewish future. We are currently hiring energetic, caring, responsible counselors and specialists for our 2016 summer season.
