Camp Jacobson | Find Your Summer

Camp Jacobson

Parents tell us that Camp Jacobson day camp feels like a family, and they love that about us! Our directors know your child's name, listen to your feedback, and continue to enhance our camp based on your recommendations and suggestions. We're proud that our experienced staff earns the trust of both our campers and their parents. No two campers are exactly alike. Some kids love sports; others love Arts and Crafts. Some kids love performing in front of other campers; others don't like the spotlight. We offer lots of different activities every day to engage every camper, encourage kids to try new experiences, and build on existing skills and talents.

For young adults entering Grades 9-10, we also offer our Counselor In Training (CIT) program. The CIT program is a mix of hands-on work with children and social interaction with peers.

  • CIT’s are assigned different roles at camp including working with camper groups, assisting specialists in sports/arts area, and supporting administration in planning events
  • CIT’s are at their assigned areas until 2pm daily, when the focus turns to enjoying fun camp activities such as swimming, cooking, sports and adventure
  • CIT’s at camp receive community service credits and a monetary stipend upon successful completion of the summer
