Ramah Nyack

We are looking for special people to become part of our Ramah Nyack family. Our staff must be energetic, intelligent, kind, love children and love being Jewish.

The majority of our staff members are housed at camp over the summer. Staff quarters are comfortable and three kosher meals are provided daily. Residential staff must be entering their senior year of high school or older.

Younger high school students, or those who are unable to live on the premises, are also encouraged to apply for commuting positions. In many cases, daily transportation will be provided from your home to Ramah via camper buses.

Remember, a summer at Ramah is not just another job. It is a partnership between the staff, the campers and their families to build a bright Jewish future. The challenge is both exciting and rewarding. Staff members work hard, but ultimately feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment for having impacted Jewish youth in a significant way. Staff members are immersed in an observant, egalitarian Jewish environment, in a community which fosters a powerful connection to Jewish tradition, the Jewish people and the state of Israel.

It's an honor to be offered a job at camp. Positions are limited so apply early!
