The "Box" consists of a curriculum and resources to create an interactive, yet remote, teen and senior partnership. This spring and summer have brought on new challenges for both teens and seniors. Isolation, program cancellations, and a lack of connection are a significant problem throughout our communities. Better Together™ in a Box includes all of the materials and guidance needed to launch a summer program in days, e.g. instructions for launching the program, teen-directed learning sessions, and activity guides for sessions with senior partners. All the teen programming is specially adapted for remote learning and the senior activity guides provide options for both synchronous and asynchronous interactions. There is no cost to participate in Better Together™ in a Box and take full advantage of the curricular materials, and limited funding grants for Better Together™ in a Box are also available.
