Repair the World Teen Service Corps 2024

Join Repair the World’s Summer Teen Service Corps: a 3 or 6 week service-learning program tailored for rising 9th through 12th graders in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Immerse yourself in a community of passionate teens committed to justice. Delve into learning about social justice issues, volunteer at local non-profits, and explore connections between identity and service.

Repair the World mobilizes Jews and their communities to take action and pursue a just world. Teens of any or no faith are welcome to apply for and participate in the Teen Service Corps.

Each session runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

Sample Daily Schedule
10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Service – Urban Farming at East New York Farms
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch, Free Time, & Travel
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Walking Tour of the history of housing on the Lower East Side
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Elu v’Elu Town Hall: what do we do with the vacant lot on the block?
